Sample Room Clerk
Job Description:
While reporting to the Director of Marketing, C&I division the incumbent will:
o Responsible for all aspects of sample and sales support material assembly and fulfillment for all product categories as requested from the sales force.
o Fill all sample orders within 2 business days and ship for delivery within 5 working days from receipt.
o Work closely with the Marketing Coordinator and product managers to understand the sample and sales material needs of the C&I sales team.
o Maintain a sample room and sample inventory to supply samples as requested.
Job
Qualifications:
High school diploma, or 2 years related experience in fulfillment, shipping, or customer service.
? Ability to organize and manage samples from multiple sources
? Self-starter, ability to work alone to complete assigned responsibilities.
? Working knowledge of email software, Microsoft Office, and Excel
? Customer service skills, ability to communicate clearly via email & phone
? Team player capable of working with a wide range of people
? Must be able to lift boxes up to 25 lbs.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
